Happy Fri-yay! I’ve got some real goodies to share with you this week. As I’m writing this, I’m in Newcastle preparing a beautiful bride for a fabulous wedding, but I just had to pause and share these links with you!
They’re not so beauty-oriented this week, I’m feeling quite philosophical!
This city-loving lady lived on unprocessed food for a year and then wrote a book about it. Amazing.

What true optimism looks like according to Liene Stevens (brilliantly wise lady):
“Looking on the bright side doesn’t mean ignoring reality. It means insisting that what is right now is not the end. It means moving forward in a way that believes people are not defined by their circumstance.”
