Tired muscle remedy

I have recently started training with a new PT. He is hands down the best personal trainer I have had in a long time. He is so great at motivating me and has an incredible energy that gives me instant get up and go, even when my sessions are at the end of long day.

He also absolutely beasts me! I feel like my muscles have been woken up from a very relaxing trans like slumber in the days after my sessions. I have subsequently found the most amazing answer to tired and aching muscles… MAGNESIUM BATHS!
