I firstly need to apologise for being MIA for so long! I have some incredibly exciting news that will hopefully explain my absence. My gorgeous sister who I went skiing with got ENGAGED! As you can imagine I am over the moon for her and can’t wait to post bits and bobs from her journey from being Miss to Mrs! Congratulation to my beautiful sister, I am so over the moon for you!
Right – onto the task at hand! This is one of my favourite juices because the colours are just beautiful. It was a delicious way to start my monday and kept me full right up until lunch. It also gave me heaps of energy and with the Spirulina and Acai powders that I added I got a double whammy of goodness!
Make sure that you add the powders first and then add a little liquid, stir, and then add the rest of the liquid. As they don’t dissolve you will in all likeliness get chunks if you don’t do it this way round… yuk!
two large handfuls of spinach
1 tablespoon Acai Powder
1 tablespoon Spirulina Powder
I loved this one over ice, it was really refreshing and zingy with the ginger!
Enjoy lovely girls
