If we are ever going to feel motivated to get ourselves into gear – January is the month for it! There are two things that make me feel super motivated; fitpo girls and fitspo gear. I have put a list of fitspo girls together for you to get some inspiration from. These are my favourite fitness bloggers who have got me moving on many a dark and rainy day!

Daily Hit

These videos are amazing. I absolutely love watching Lisa do her thing. Her body is in such great shape and she just oozes health and fitness. For high intensity, heavy panting do yourself a favour and check out her youtube channel… you will immediately want to get up off your arse and do 100 squats.

Caitlin Turner

For all you yoga enthusiasts out there Caitlin is the girl for you. She is a rising star who is set to shine very bright. She is tall and stick thin but SO strong! I waste hours on Instagram ogling at her incredible yoga prowess. Get involved with this girl if you need to see the benefits of a yogi way of life.

Fitness on Toast

This blog is run by Aya, Swedish personal trainer who looks like she belongs in the swedish volley ball team. This girl is enough to make anyone want to become a fitness nut. She is beautiful and has had a whirlwind of success since starting her blog in Jaunary 2013 as an honest place for her to share recipes and workouts with her clients. She is based in London’s west end and isn’t afraid to couple a Moncler jacket with Primark leggings… down to earth and fit as hell. I like… in fact, I think we could be best friends. *a girl can dream.
