As the winter months are drawing in the temptation to comfort eat creeps up on us. This soup recipe is a deliciously warm and comforting cup of yumminess that you won’t need to feel guilty about filling up on!
2 x Red Onions
3 x Spring Onions
2 x Cloves of Garlic
2 x Tablespoons of Organic Bouillon Vegetable Stock
Organic Brown Rice Udon Noodles
1 x Tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
Lightly cook the chopped red onion in the sesame oil until they are moist and soft.
Then add the crushed garlic and chilli flakes (to your taste). Allow these flavours to come through and when you can start to smell them then add the ginger.
Mix the Bouillon powder with boiling water and slowly add to the sizzling mix. Add the udon noodles, about a pound coins worth in size per person.
It’s that easy! You can reheat this so making a big batch is a total life saver for when you get in from work when it’s cold, wet and dark!
These ingredients are kind to your digestive system so feel free to have this just before bed time. This is a wonderfully cleansing soup which will promote detoxing and can help a sluggish metabolism.
